First Aid Training
First Aid is important and it ain't going to go away, so for all you Johnny Rambo's out there in the Battalion get used to it, there is more to cadets than just fieldcraft!!
As I have already mentioned including first aid incidents into various activities can make them more interesting and prepares cadets in case it ever happened for real.
If you are an instructor and you're not sure about delivering First Aid training, speak to me and I will be more than willing to come and give you support and advice.
If you're a cadet, knowing first aid is one of the best things you can learn in the ACF (even if it doesn't seem like it at the time!). If you are thinking of doing the Duke of Edinburgh Award then knowing First Aid is vital! If you feel first aid training isn't happening where you are let me know.
